2024 version commentary:

Sometimes I look back at earlier pieces and see the ways in which they could be improved. And so just as I revisited pieces such as “Foxlight”, “Luminol” or “From Silence to Somewhere I”, this second ever Melting Reality piece long deserved some more effort, too.

I only used layers from the oldest “batch” of material used to create the first Melting Reality pieces, to add texture and complexity to the original background, while preserving the dynamic, abstract, almost galactic shape “flowing” from one corner to the other, seemingly disregarding the “no entry” sign (or is it flowing in the opposite direction?).

Now this updated piece is brought closer to the later, more developed and complex Melting Reality pieces.
